2. Service Eligibility

To book a service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be the legal owner of the vehicle or have full permission from the owner

We reserve the right to request proof of ownership if needed.

3. Service Descriptions and Pricing

All service descriptions, pricing, and estimated service times listed on our website or materials are provided as general guidelines. Actual pricing may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle size

  • Condition of the vehicle

  • Add-on services requested

We will always communicate any additional fees before proceeding.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and legal access to the vehicle

  • Remove personal belongings prior to service

  • Inform Lone Eagle Detailing of any known mechanical or cosmetic issues

  • Disclose any hazardous materials such as needles, bio waste, chemicals, or sharp objects

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Failure to provide proper notice may result in applicable fees.

6. Right to Refuse Service

Lone Eagle Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Safety, health, or working conditions are hazardous

  • The customer behaves in an aggressive or inappropriate manner

  • The vehicle condition poses a risk to equipment or technicians

If service is refused upon arrival due to undisclosed issues, cancellation fees may apply.

7. Satisfaction and Quality Guarantee

Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle before the technician leaves. If adjustments are needed, we will make reasonable efforts to correct them immediately.

Once the service is completed and the technician has left, all work is considered accepted.

8. Liability and Damages

Lone Eagle Detailing is not responsible for:

  • Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to the detailing process

  • Clear coat failure, pre-existing damage, or paint defects revealed during cleaning

  • Damage caused by pre-existing weaknesses in trim, upholstery, or materials

Any damage proven to be caused by negligence will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

9. Website Use

All content, branding, logos, and media on this website are the property of Lone Eagle Detailing and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

Lone Eagle Detailing may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
