Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At Lone Eagle Detailing, we schedule appointments in advance to ensure proper time, staffing, and product availability. Because detailing involves allocated labor and preparation, refunds are limited once services have been completed or scheduled.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment:
    No cancellation fee will apply.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment:
    A cancellation fee may apply based on the service booked and preparation already completed.

  • Failure to be present or provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time:
    This may be treated as a late cancellation and may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule:

  • Once with no penalty, if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the appointment

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in fees and limited availability of new appointment times.

Weather-related rescheduling initiated by Lone Eagle Detailing will not incur fees.

4. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not answer the door, is unreachable, or the vehicle is not available within 10 minutes of arrival, Lone Eagle Detailing may classify the appointment as a no-show.
No-shows may be subject to full or partial service charges.

5. Refunds for Completed Services

Due to the nature of detailing, refunds are not offered once services are completed.

We encourage customers to inspect the vehicle before the technician leaves. If adjustments are needed, we will address them immediately.

6. Quality Review Policy

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us before we leave the job site.
If a concern arises after completion, you may contact us within 24 hours for review. Follow-up services may be scheduled if appropriate.

7. Payments

All payments are final once services are completed unless otherwise required by law.
